Capitool 50

Since June 1st 2004 BTC-Twente also offers office space at the Capitool 50. A modern new building owned by Deltaborgh with 4 floors of about 260 m² each.

Office spaces are offered under the same conditions as in the BTC-building. That means: flexible, short term lease agreements, including a number of standard services. You only pay for the net m².

Office spaces can only be rented by floor or half floor from

€ 263,40 per month.
