Meeting room facilities

BTC has several meeting facilities with a capacity up to 50 persons. The smaller meeting rooms have a flip-over, and the large meeting room has an overhead projector and a white board.

Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, with the exception of the large meeting room, or per period of 4 hours. Furthermore, one of the meeting rooms with a capacity up to 12 persons is included in the rent for 5 hours per month.

Beamer

A beamer can be booked at the reception desk per period of 4 hours.

Overhead projector

The large meeting room has its own overhead projector (included in the price). It is also possible to book an overhead projector in one of the other meeting rooms. (This is not included in the price.)

Catering

BTC offers various catering possibilities: from a cup of coffee / tea to a lunch or even a reception.
