Ten Hag have entered into a partnership with FC-Twente and rent out the offices on the track side (Diekman side) of the stadium according to the BTC all-in concept, with a large amount of services as listed below:

– Cleaning of common areas;
– Cleaning rented spaces;
– Energy costs;
– BHV / ARBO;
– Environmental surcharge;
– Contribution to building-related installations;
– Real Property Tax (user part);
– Waste processing;
– monitoring;
– Caretaker function;
– Postal services;
– Upholstery and lighting;
– Parking facilities (except on competition/match days);
– Key access system;
– Surcharge for general facilities;
– Favorable rental conditions;
– Possibility of meetings in a sky box.

Exclusive:
– Telephony and data. Data can be requested by Root and telephone services by BTC-Twente.
