Capitool: There are parking spaces reserved for tenants around the building (on the premises). There are also two charging stations at the front of the building.
Grolsch Veste: Parking is available at P2 (except on game days). On weekday game days, parking is also available at P2, provided the license plate number is submitted in advance.
HTF: Small parking lot at the rear of the High Tech Factory. There are also plenty of parking spaces at the U Parkhotel (a short walk to the HTF).
Capitool: At the back of the parking lot, there is a covered bike rack where you can park your bike using your own lock.
Grolsch Veste: There are several bike racks near the station. The ROC bike rack is also available for use upon request. None of the bike racks are fully enclosed.
HTF: There is a locked bicycle parking area next to the building.
All the spaces we rent out are available 24/7 for work.
Tenants can reserve the skybox free of charge on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Reservations can be made by email or through the receptionist. Tenants are regularly invited to games.
Capitool: There is a small meeting room on the ground floor, which can be reserved via a sign on the door. The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, a flip chart, and a TV screen.
Grolsch Veste: There is a small consultation room on the third floor, which can be reserved via a sign on the door. There is also a (temporary) meeting room on the first floor (no audiovisual equipment).
On weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, the skybox is available for use; it can be reserved by email. The skybox is equipped with a TV screen and Wi-Fi.
HTF: Several meeting rooms/consultation rooms are available and can be reserved via an online reservation system. All rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment.
Caretaker, cleaning of common areas, cleaning of leased spaces, energy costs, emergency response/occupational health and safety, environmental surcharge, contribution to building-related systems, property tax (user portion), Waste disposal, Security, Mail handling, Furnishings and lighting, Parking facilities (except on match days), Key access system, Surcharge for general facilities, Favorable rental terms, use of available meeting rooms.
(Option) to hold meetings in a skybox (only for tenants in Grolsch Veste).
The space can be furnished to your liking; the costs for this are the tenant’s responsibility.
There are no storage spaces available in our buildings. Of course, we’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution to your storage needs.
All buildings are secure. Only colleagues from your own company, as well as the building manager Duncan and the cleaning staff, have access to your space.
